One of my favorite pictures is Eric telling his NICU buddy Ryan good bye. Is Ryan home yet? Following Eric and the other babies in the NICU has been a real eyeopener for me. I never knew that there were such wonderful places with dedicated professionals who give the best care in the world to the little ones who need it. Even though I've never met them, they all hold a special place in my heart.
